Your order will be shipped directly after we have received your payment.
As a subscribing Customer, you will receive tailored supplements home-delivered with automatic refills every other month. In order to significantly reduce our carbon footprint and to cut shipping costs by half, your package will arrive every second month with twice the content stated in your monthly subscription.

We greatly value our relationship with you and will always inform you of any marginal price adjustments we need to implement. It can be due to the current world situation, global inflation, increased costs of certain ingredients, as well as developing, shipping and improving our sought-after product range.

All dried blood spot tests from Zinzino are scientifically based, confidential and completed in the home. The test validity and accuracy are consistent with the most rigorous medical methods. All blood samples are independently managed and analyzed anonymously by Vitas, a GMP-certified chemical analysis contract lab based in Oslo, Norway, with 25 years’ experience in providing high-quality, custom chromatographic analytical services, based on cutting-edge knowledge and technology. Vitas is recognized as a leading player within the field of dried blood spot testing and originates from the Department of Nutrition, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Oslo, the largest department of nutrition in Europe. The company has been a collaborative partner to the World Health Organization.
Returns are made at your own cost in the event of regretted purchases. If the goods are damaged or if we did not pack the right goods, Zinzino is obviously responsible for shipping charges. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not C.O.D. or postage due. Upon request, Zinzino will send a return label so as to facilitate the return. When you wish to make use of your right to regret, you must return the goods. Note that the products must be received by us in its entirety not later than 30 days after you have received your products. Enclose a filled out return form. It is important that you contact Customer Service prior to returning your goods.
