No. It is completely free to be a Customer in our Rewards Program. The only costs involved are for the discounted product purchases you make within the program.

You may trade your ZinoCash for any free products from the entire Zinzino range, as long as they are single-item orders. You have two options to redeem your products. Place an online order and choose the “Pay later” option or place your order by reaching out to your local Customer Support team with your list of products.

Your ZinoCash is automatically credited to your personal account within 24 hours of placing and paying for an order. Your ZinoCash must cover the entire cost of the order. Example: 200 ZinoCash may be used to pay for orders that equal €200 or less. It is not possible to use your ZinoCash to make partial payments for a purchase or to cover the costs of a subscription order or Premier Kit order.

Your ZinoCash will expire if you cancel your Premier Customer subscription, or if there are more than 12 months between your orders. Your ZinoCash or ZinoCash reward levels cannot be transferred to somebody else’s account.

There are two BalanceTest included in your Start Kit. The results from the first one gives you a baseline measure of your current health and what nutrients your body is missing.
