Dr. Clayton is a clinical pharmacologist, a pharmaco-nutritionist and a pioneer in the study of the pharmacological effects of foods and how they affect your health and physical performance. He holds a PhD in neuropharmacology from the University of Edinburgh and he is a former Chair of the Forum on Food & Health (UK), and Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK government’s Committee on the Safety of Medicines.

Dr. Rizzo is an expert in the biochemistry of lipids. She is a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Milan. Her numerous publications include the Journal of the American College of Nutrition and the Nutrition Journal, among others.

Dr. Ananthara J Abraham

Dr. Abraham has more than 40 years of experience in the health and nutrition industry. He graduated as a medical doctor in 1974 and has experience in both state-run hospitals and in various medical disciplines. From 2016 to 2019, Dr. Abraham worked as a corporate Medical Advisor for Nestlé

Stephen Cherniske is a biochemist and former university instructor in Clinical Nutrition. He directed an FDA-licensed clinical lab for nutrition and immunology, served on the faculty of the American College of Sports Medicine, and helped to create the world’s largest medicinal plant library.
