Dr. Paul Clayton

Principal Member of the Zinzino Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Clayton is a clinical pharmacologist, a pharmaco-nutritionist and a pioneer in the study of the pharmacological effects of foods and how they affect your health and physical performance. He holds a PhD in neuropharmacology from the University of Edinburgh and he is a former Chair of the Forum on Food & Health (UK), and Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK government’s Committee on the Safety of Medicines.

Ola Eide

Mr. Eide is the founder of the industry leader BioActive Foods AS. He has held a number of leadership positions, such as Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian and the Nordic food research program, Director of Innovation at Mills DA and R&D Director of Tine Norwegian Dairies.

Dr. Angela M. Rizzo

Dr. Rizzo is an expert in the biochemistry of lipids. She is a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Milan. Her numerous publications include articles in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition and the Nutrition Journal, among others.

Dr. Ananthara J Abraham

Dr. Abraham has more than 40 years of experience in the health and nutrition industry. He graduated as a medical doctor in 1974 and has experience in both state-run hospitals and in various medical disciplines. From 2016 to 2019, Dr. Abraham worked as a corporate Medical Advisor for Nestlé.

Stephen Cherniske

Zinzino Scientific Advisory Board member

Stephen Cherniske is a biochemist and former university instructor in Clinical Nutrition. He directed an FDA-licensed clinical lab for nutrition and immunology, served on the faculty of the American College of Sports Medicine, and helped to create the world’s largest medicinal plant library.

Dr. Natalie Kather is a physician, board-certified in Family Medicine. A pioneer in the emerging field of integrative medicine, she has served as Principal Investigator for clinical trials in both the pharma and natural products arena.
