Crown Dinner
As Crown or higher pin level, you and your spouse are invited to attend the Annual Crown Dinner with Zinzino’s Top leaders, Management and specially invited guests. Together we will experience a spectacular evening with a first class 3-course dinner and special announcements.
When: October 3, 7 - 11 PM CEST
Where: Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport (next to The Qube)
Who: To qualify, you must be pin level Crown or above, and have had at least one month as an active Director between October 2023 and September 2024. We reserve the right to minor changes.
How: All Crown Partners will receive a special invitation by e-mail where it's possible to register.
NOTE: You must have purchased your ticket before registering and you need to register before September 25.
Check-in
Check-in and handing the wristbands starts on Thursday, October 3, from 11 AM CEST (Before the Annual Leadership Day).
It’s important that you bring your printed or digital Event ticket with you, so that we could scan it. Your ticket will be sent out via e-mail a couple of weeks before the Event.
VIP seating
- Crown Dinner – No special seating arrangement
- Annual Leadership Day – VIP tables for Leader Council and VIP seats for Crown & Above (wristband gives you the access)
- Main Event – VIP tables for Leader Council and VIP seats for Crown & Above (wristband gives you the access)
- Annual International Awards Ceremony (Gala Dinner) – Leader Council members will have reserved tables.
- VIP Lunch – Only for Leader Council members on Saturday and Sunday in the Leader Council Lounge.
One-Time Checks
We will not be able to give out One-Time Checks to others than Top Team partners. If you are a Top Team please pick up your One-Time Check in the Recognition Desk before main event starts on Friday 1pm and bring it to your recognition.
We will inform you when we have another solution for distribution of One-Time Checks.
Pick up your MontBlanc Pen
If you have qualified for a MontBlanc Pen from the Enrollment Incentive Program, and if you will attend the Annual Event in Oslo, please pick up your MontBlanc Pen at the info desk.
If you are not at the Annual Event, your MontBlanc Pen will be shipped to your registered address.
