Yes, regular Zinzino subscription rules apply. Your subscription will be activated the following month after you’ve made your purchase.

The Health Protocol has been temporarily removed from the webshop for this campaign. Should you wish to buy a Health Protocol Kit, please add three Black Week kits (BalanceOil+, Xtend/Xtend+, ZinoBiotic+) of your choice to your shopping cart.

Once your order is processed and confirmed, the free products will be automatically added to your order. You can verify this in your order confirmation.

For Global markets, Colombian, and Dominican Republic Customers, the free products will be added once the payment is confirmed.

 

No, there is only one (1) extra free test in your first delivery. You will receive 1 test, not two (2) in your second test delivery.

To get the free products, your order must be placed and paid during the campaign period. You can choose to pay at a later date, but the invoice needs to be settled before the end of the campaign period.

Due to the high volume of orders during November and early December, delivery times may be significantly longer. Many shipping companies experience heavy workloads during this period as they handle multiple Black Week promotions, which can lead to longer processing and delivery times.   • In case you need to ask for a refund, please note that all campaign items must be returned.
  • The number of purchases is unlimited. You can order as many Black Week Kits as you like during the campaign period.
