We want to welcome you to Secrets Lanzarote Resort &
Spa, a 5-star luxury beachfront resort located in the beautiful marina of Puerto Calero.

We are preparing an exceptional program for you, starting with a soft welcome evening dinner on March 10 at 7 PM. During the week you will be able to enjoy several activities and entertainment as well as remarkable training by top leaders and Zinzino experts. Staying true to our tradition, there will also be a Volleyball tournament a spectacular Theme Party and we will end the week with a fabulous Gala Dinner.

Travel information

Arrival day March 9.
Departure day March 16, after breakfast.
Book your flight tickets and transfer (qualified Partners).
The closest airport is Arrecife airport (ACE), also called Lanzarote airport.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes.
Check your passport! Make sure it has not expired, or if it has, extend it in time before the trip.
Get extra insurance on your flight ticket. Due to the uncertain times, we advise you to get extra insurance on your flight ticket to cover cancellations.
Check and order your travel insurance.

Interpretation

During the event we will do our absolute best to give you the ultimate experience, and therefore we are going to offer simultaneous interpretation services in several languages.

This will be available in the following languages:

Please, keep in mind that last minute changes are possible.

FAQ

Will there be interpretation into other languages during the conference?

Yes. We will offer interpretation into Hungarian, Slovak, German, Spanish and Turkish.
Interpretation will be on Zoom. Please bring your own equipment to be able to use the interpretation service. (smartphone, earphones, powerbank)

What happens if I cannot travel to the Director Trip due to illness? Will I get reimbursement for expenses for my spouse/children/single room?

Contact your insurance company if you cannot travel due to illness.

I am qualified for the Director Trip, but I cannot participate this time. Can I save my qualification for next year?

Each qualification is valid only for the respective Director Trip. You will need to qualify again if you wish to join the next Director Trip.

Is this an all-inclusive trip?

All the meals, activities, training and the conference are included.

Flight tickets and transfers are not included, but all our qualified Partners received €500 flight compensation.

Flight compensation – when do I get money for my flight tickets?

The flight compensation is 500 PayPoints as a standard reward, with an additional 500 PayPoints available if you qualified for extra upgrades. The flight compensation has been paid to all qualified members in November. You can find it in your Back Office under weekly bonuses.

Who is entitled to receive the flight compensation?

Everyone who is qualified for Director Trip 2024.
